As an anointed speaker, Nicole Howard's  experience as a facilitator of training,  10+ years in education (teacher, administrator, parent IEP liaison, and educational advocate), and over 25 years experience in ministry will speak for itself. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Child and Adolescent Development) from Kaplan University and holds a Daycare Director certification with Bright from the Start/TJAC. 

Nicole seeks to motivate and empower the next generation to discover God’s plan for their life and influence the world around them.  Though she planned to be a Child Psychologist, she was called into ministry in 1994, at a pivotal point in her testimony at 17 years of age.  She helped start youth ministries and revive children ministries to thriving before the age of 18.  Nicole is a creative visionary with a heart filled with childlike wonder, often referred to as the child whisperer by volunteers, and a lifelong learner who looks for the hand of God in life, favors colored pens, and will always stop to pray for others.  She got married in October 2021 to her Boaz, Daniel. They recently moved to Douglasville, Georgia in obedience to the digital calling and ministry assignment.

Nicole serves as the GenZ/GenAlpha Catalyst with The Church.Digital based in Miami, Florida, where the mission is to provide opportunities for kids, students, and young adults to find God and experience life in Christ online and in other fresh expressions of the church. For the past 20 years, her desire to let every young person know that they are seen, heard, unconditionally loved, and discover their purpose in God’s Plan is a lifelong passion which she now gets to do with her awesome husband, Daniel Howard.

Alongside part-time ministry with youth in care, Nicole has a calling on her life to partner with children’s ministries in crisis, training volunteers and leaders, and consulting with church plants and portable children’s ministry leaders.  At the end of the day, Nicole enjoys spending time with her Boaz, crafting, and traveling adventures!
